Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with nice spacious rooms always kept clean. The rooms were well equipped, but the noise from the air conditioning was a bit unbearable at times. The service was excellent, with staff always available and willing to assist with a smile. The hotel's location was convenient but a bit far from both the city center and the airport, which made commuting challenging. The dining experience offered a good selection of hot food and fruits. The facilities were well-maintained and satisfactory.
I found the hotel to be well-located on Independence Avenue in Accra, which is excellent for business travelers visiting Ghana's capital. The service, particularly the friendly and helpful staff, was outstanding and truly added to the experience. However, the room decor felt a bit dated, which was a small downside during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very cozy and beautifully clean, making them some of the best I've experienced. The modern decoration added a nice touch to the spacious and light rooms. The service was exceptional overall, except for a minor incident during breakfast. The location was convenient for exploring the area and experiencing Iceland's attractions. The dining experience was good but had a slight timing issue. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms, although not as luxurious as expected. The staff was professional, yet experienced some service shortcomings such as delays in food service. The location was far from the city center, yet impressive. The dining options were great, but the closure of services by 10:30 AM was inconvenient.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were not only immaculately clean and comfy but also had a charming niceness about them that I truly appreciated. The staff were lovely and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. However, the noise from the air conditioning was quite bothersome at times.
The hotel was quite noisy due to a very loud guest late at night from booking, and there was an overcharge for one night. The room was also excessively humid and possibly smaller than expected. The service, however, was accommodating enough to cancel a night without extra charges, but some staff made snide comments. The location on Independence Avenue in Accra was convenient for exploring the city, though it was once taken over by a large buffet event. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide selection of food, but some Italian dishes were subpar.
