I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with nice spacious rooms always kept clean. The rooms were well equipped, but the noise from the air conditioning was a bit unbearable at times. The service was excellent, with staff always available and willing to assist with a smile. The hotel's location was convenient but a bit far from both the city center and the airport, which made commuting challenging. The dining experience offered a good selection of hot food and fruits. The facilities were well-maintained and satisfactory.

The location on Independence Avenue in Accra was convenient for exploring the city, though it was once taken over by a large buffet event. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide selection of food, but some Italian dishes were subpar.
